Welding 4130 to 1018 mild steel

Can you weld 4130 chromoly to 1018 mild steel?  If so would i use er70s-6?  Would mis and matching like this be strong or would it be weak?  Also, where is a good place to get tubing at online other than chassis shop? Reply:Go1lum is dead on. Just use the regular mild filler rod, it works very well in almost every application. And as for tubing online, you are looking at massive costs for shipping. Better you find a local metal supply shop to get your tube at.And then, after so much work...... you have it in your hand, and you look over to your side...... and the runner has run off. Leaving you holding the prize, wondering when the runner will return.
