I owe a favour to a buddy he asked if I could build him a dog pen for his Rottweiler we have decided it is going to be a 4x4m and 2m high in ft I believe that’s 12ftx12ft and 6ft high I have decided to use 30mmx 30mm (7/64x7/64) shs it basically consists of four rectangle panels that will bolt together i decided not to put any cross bracing as the wire mesh that will bwe bolted the the rectangle panels is pretty rigid. The last thing I want to do is over engineer it like I usually do so my question is what wall thickness would use recommend the shs?Cigweld Transmig 265seBoc 140amp StickBoss 200amp AC/DC TIGLincoln Electric Invertec V260-S
Reply:Thickness? Rottweiler?? Is 2" wall too thin?  Oh wait, inch and a quarter square, right? Let's see, three-thirty secondths ought to do. 3/32" that is 2.381254762509525 mm.http://www.chapelsteel.com/inches-millimeters.htmlThat's my guess and I'm sticking to it.City of L.A.
