im going to take me cert test this is thefirst time i have done a v plate with mig i already have my d1.1 stick and flux its a 3/4 in plate with a 45 bevel 1/8 root with backing tell me what u guys think sorry its only the cover i dont have anything to cut and bend with but the root did look strong [IMG][/IMG]
Reply:I personally dont like to see the beads so ropey, run it a little hotter and move faster w/o stepping up as far each time. It will smooth things out and give it a real nice appearance.Have we all gone mad?
