Reply:60 somethin model 70 i dropped a 12 horse bored to 14 into.works ok, i should have used a bigger tractor.I used plans from somewhere.. Attached Images

Reply:That is definitely NOT a project I'm showin my teenage helper, or he's gonna want one.  The number of those tractors gettin declared junk around here is growing cause folks who own them ain't bright enough to fix them, and won't pay what the shops want to do it, so they buy those POS MTDs from Home Desperate.How did you set up the hydraulic pump on that rig?Appreciation Gains You Recognition-
Reply:not my shop, its dads.I wish I had my own, nother year and ill have the money saved to buy the property.the pump runs off the front of the motor.wish id spent more time on the bumper than I did. hack job on it.old pics, it sets in the shed most of the time, er well all but 2 days last year. Reply:You did a real nice job on that loader. I imagine you had to use a two spool valve. If your like me you cant imagine what its like now not having a loader to lift stuff with. How did we exist without one
Reply:Is that pump belt driven, or direct?  Only thing I'd change on the bumper would be to add a grill guard, they come in real handy on FEL tractors.The only bad part about my FEL was convincing IRS it was medicly necessary due to my bad back.Appreciation Gains You Recognition-
Reply:Great looking loader.  I keep telling myself that I am going to build one.  What I like about your design is, it appears that you get more heighth than the the johnson, danco, or keyway loaders that were designed for the cub cadet.  IH Cub Cadets are the best darn garden tractors ever created, that is why I own 5 and still growing.Jonathan

Reply:dad started me workin with my hands.im more mechanical than he is now.head tech/mechanic at stihl/small engine shop.75" to bottom of level bucket.Its handy to pick stuff up. I sold my 110 tonight, got a 140 to get out of the way and i can get the loader in the barn, I need a bigger tractor to put it on, thinking about buying a Steiner 4wd. Attached Images
