Anyone got a cool tip to make some good looking 36" rod tube holder/brackets? I am finishing up my cart and figured I would just dice up some 2" round tubing to use as a holder for the tube to slide down into... Unless the experts here already know of a cool bracket that already exists.

Reply:That Lincoln machine has got me drooling on my keyboard. That's a nice machine!! And the rod holders look good too. I used capped PVC tubes that I mark for what rods are in them, I did not mount them on my machine, I don't move my machine around much.
Reply:rode2rouen: That is a great idea. I will have to use a lower tech approach and hole saw the cut-outs but should work just fine. Thanx.tanglediver: Those rod holders are waaaay cool. It's the price of the "rod holder" ""holder"" that keeps me out of your league......

Reply:Rode2,I'm basically a Blue machine guy, but had a couple questions about the Lincoln.Does the torch really plug into the side of the machine instead of the front? Seems it would be very susceptable to being damaged in moving the machine around. What gauge cord did you use for primary input power?
