Hello everybody, if you are ever in the need for knowing an angle and don't have one of the fancy angleometers or other handy angle finders there is an easy method that utilizes a speed square and any sort of level: pocket level, square head level, basically any sort of shorter/smaller level. I have included some pictures. Would welcome any comments, suggestions, examples of other methods that folks elsewhere are using. Best regards and thanks, Allan Attached Imagesaevald
Reply:Yes, I've used this before. It works great. I prefer a torpedo level, but anything that holds a fairly accurate bubble is fine.Or you can get a cheap angle finder with a magnetic base from Lowe's or Harbor freight.Esab Migmaster 250Lincoln SA 200Lincoln Ranger 8Smith Oxy Fuel setupEverlast PowerPlasma 80Everlast Power iMIG 160Everlast Power iMIG 205 Everlast Power iMIG 140EEverlast PowerARC 300Everlast PowerARC 140STEverlast PowerTIG 255EXT
