Ordered a couple strong hand tools clamps from them last month. No contact, no contact nothing. Called after hours, a guy answered and said I'd have to call back during business hours. No response to emails. Finally I called during business hours "oh, they have a $50 minimum order so we had to order a couple more things, we should get them this week to ship to you". This was 3 weeks ago. I called the following week, same story. Finally I get an email friday saying the package would ship monday. Surely, I received a package today with an incomplete order, and and the item that DID come was not in original packaging.Anyone deal with them before? I'm NOT happy. I emailed back and made it clear if things were not made right immediately I would be taking action through paypal.Hobart EZ-Tig newbie. |
