A/V Rack I Built

This is an audio video rack I built for a customer, I just finished it today it will hold 2 components that weigh over 50 pounds each and one that is 30 pounds the other two pieces are relatively light.The black circle is a hole with a panel in behind it 2" back

Reply:very nice work indeed!  can we get a side view?is there supposed to be a sub that will go inside?will there be plate glass or wood or something else or will the component sit right on the bracket you have there?what did you use to bend the round tubing for the arms?oh yeah, can we get a shot of the close up of the welds?what process? mig/tig?
Reply:Thanks, mig with a Millermatic 140 all the welds are ground smooth so not much to look at in that area.The tubing was bent by another shop.  The components will just sit on the brackets. The brackets are smaller than the components so they sit flat on them and hide the brackets and look like they are just balanced on the pipe (at least that's the concept) The angle at which it will be viewed should keep most brackets concealed.  The black circle is just a cut out then sheet metal welded about 2" back just for a different look. The top pedestal will hold a center speaker for a surround sound.I tack welded every couple inches then went back and tacked between each weld continuing this process until I had it all welded to keep from oil canning. This was done over a 2 day period.

Reply:That is just the show room area that as of right now is just used for storage, my shop space is about 30x30 concrete floor 1 garage door and poor lighting
