I have a lincoln pro mig 135.  Having problems feeding wire through the gun.  To get the wire to feed through I have to pull tension on the line going into the gun.  Once I start back welding it stops until you pull on the line again.  It's a brand new gun and hose , just took it out of the box and installed it.  Thinking it's a problem with the liner, but it's brand new.  Made sure the wire was straight when running it through the  roller.  Feed roller works.  Any suggestions.  I'm ready to take a sledge hammer to it.
Reply:Make sure you have the correct size drive guides and tip for the size wire you are using. Also increase the drive roll tension until you see notches on the exiting wire like little train tracks.Lincoln PowerMig 180cVictor O/ABandaids and aspirinI don't know what I don't know!?
Reply:Are you using the right size roller for the size of wire?
