brand new suitcase 12vs dosnt work

I've been playing around with this feeder for a hr now set on the tb302 is cv hot matched to feeder. Power cable is in cv receptical nothing is working. I need some help!

Reply:Need some more details on your hook-up. Electrode cable hooked up to back of suitcase, ground cable hooked to ground, voltage sensing cable hooked to ground, power switch on & display should light up.
Reply:Are you sure that your TB is putting out power? Do a spark test or check with a meter.Not to be offensive...the power switch on the 12VS works upside down. Make sure you have it on.Check the circuit breakers inside the case.Pics of all your settings and connections might help.If all else fails, hook the 12VS up to another machine and see if it powers up. It will power up on either CC or CV regardless of where the switch inside is set, it just won't weld right if they don't match.
Reply:Forgot to mention if the power unit is set on cv rocker switch inside box should be set on cv also.

Reply:Like the others have said the ground is a biggie if it is not hooked up the suitecase wont power it seems simple but it can fool ya.Ron

Reply:I was just trying to feed the wire threw the gun at the time, didn't figure I needed to hook up both grounds for the feeder to even turn on. Thanks for the reply's. Problem solved.
