No electric welder was harmed in the making of this TV mount. RG45, saddle joints roughed in with grinder and finished with half-round file. Victor torch. I burned my coat twice.I wish the last pic wasn't fuzzy, I'm sorta proud of that joint. BTW I hung from this thing. I'm 210lbs. Reply:looks nice. im a firm believer in O/A, i love it personally and always recommend to younger students to learn how to O/A so they can learn puddle control (and it helps with learning tig). its amazing what you can build with O/AI break things for a living...

Reply:Just got back into town, the tip is Victor 0 and the tubing was thin like .025 i think.I'm addicted to the gas welding and hope to refine the skill. I'm hoping it will help out when I can afford a tig someday also. But for now its just plain fun. The only thing I struggle with is the upper "pointy" ends of the fishmouth joint. They want to get real sloppy from the thinness. Maybe my fishmouth technique is off.
