I have a couple of the Strong Hand Ground Hog clamps.  I have been extremely happy with the quality and utility of these clamps.When I bought a new machine and wanted to move one of the clamps to the new cable I ran into a problem.  In short, the copper ferrule can't be reused.  I contacted Strong Hand and asked if I could buy some spares.  Within the hour, I received an email that they would send me out a few and a second email with the UPS tracking number, all for free.  It's refreshing when a company treats customers well.
