Just sharing a few projects I recently finished up.The first is a welding cart. I needed something that would hold all my equipment and allow me to easily roll it over gravel, dirt, grass. It works well. The next is a clothes line. A bit over kill for this task but it wasnt for me.Cat, done entirely with an angle grinder!Last edited by HakBot; 11-15-2010 at 03:42 PM.
Reply:Lantern:TV Stand. So far this is the final piece to my bedroom set. You can see the bed and the night stands in previous posts if you want.Wine rack. I really like how this one turned out.Upgraded my third hand. I added in a plate on the bottom and a holder for a spool of solder.

Reply:You certainly have been busy.  Love the wine rack.  Cool use of the corks. I can't imagine the work involved in grinding that cat.  Really nice work.(Retired) Professional firefighter, amateur everything else I try to do...Oh yeah:  Go Big Red!   (You know: one of the 12 members of the Big 10 cuz we left the 10 members of the Big 12...)

Reply:Thanks everyone. The table top is made from red oak. Stained with 4 coats of polyurethane.Yeah the cat took quite a while. I think I went through 4 cutting wheels I got the scrolls from http://www.kingmetals.com. I have the harbor freight bender and scroll attachment but it really doesn't work well. These scrolls were thick tubing also so they matched a bit nicer than anything I could make. I did make the forks for the glasses on the harbor freight bender and the rings on the small ring roller.I followed this process for determining the ackermann angle. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ackerma...ering_geometry  but I reversed the levers. I am not sure if this is anti-Ackermann or not. I reversed them so that when I moved the handle the wheels would turn in the same direction like a wagon.
Reply:Nice work.
