Im looking at one of these machines. It's brand new and unused. It's a 1/3 phase unit. The power cord has 4 wires, green, red, black and white. The manual is very vague on wiring. How would I wire for single phase? I know with my Dynasty, I had to tape one of the input wires back to the cord for single phase wiring. Also, does anyone know if a Miller foot pedal will work on the 14 pin input on ths machine?Thank you.TA Arcmaster 300CM3XMT 304S22P12 suitcase feederX-Treme 12VSOptima pulserTA161SMaxstar 150STLHypertherm PM45OP setupStihl 020AVP, 039, 066 Magnum
Reply:Tape off the red wire. Black & white go to the 2 hot wires. Green to ground. Also make sure input is set to the voltage you are using, which I assume is 230V. I don't think these machines have the Auto-line feature that will automatically connect for different voltages.I'm not sure about the foot pedal, you might want to ask Cruizer on the Miller site, he is the expert in such matters.JohnA few weldersA lot of hammersA whole lot of C-clamps
