can pick up a large one for 50 bucks but says national cylinders on the neck, never heard of that company around here is it out of business and safe to buy or no?
Reply:I have never had an issue exchanging cylinders from and out of business or in business welding supply. Reply:Does the sticker say "airgas", "Praxair" or something like that on it? I get a ton of cylinders thru GTS Welco that have other company names on the neck rings. GTS absorbed a ton of small companies around here. They pretty much don't bother to swap out neck rings until they go in for hydro. All the guy at the dock wants to see is their sticker on the cylinder. If the sticker for some reason is missing, then they start looking at the hydro stamps and neck rings to double check they are their cylinders..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:well i went ahead and bought this oxy cylinder, LWS guy said he never heard of the company on the neck and would fill it NP here are a few pics, it does have a airgas sticker on it should i be concerned or is it just from the last time it was filled?

Reply:Good to know thats for the info guys i can see hydro stamps on it back from 62 up till a 97 + star stamp, so the sticker just means it was filled at airgas and not that its theres right?

Reply:ya the guy i bought it from said it was from a exchange at airgas thats the last one he got but it wasnt a rental
