The bumper is finally almost done. Weather and other stuff has gotten in the way.The built up welds are 4 pass welds. I like the 4 pass weld better than a 3 pass weld. For me at least, it gives a better profile. All that's left is to attach the D-rings, and cap the ends. I gave up on fancy design because I just need the truck back in serviceVery heavy welds Truck will probably disintegrate before the welds pull out Attached Images"Any day above ground is a good day"http://www.farmersamm.com/

Reply:for what you are using it for I would say abit over kill great work I love over kill Just abit of criticism here but the welds on those engineered lugs could you not have just continued the weld on round the corner and over lapped at the ends instead of patching from one side to another? Just my opinion but for what you using it for it will be fine.If you was going to lift a load upwards of 5k lbs make sure you over lap the welds with out patch works lolI personally like though good jobBoilermakers local 687looking for a place to put your website try this site out www.buzzhostingservices.comenter this promotional code in and get 50% off for life on our ratescode: Boilermakers
