Reply:LOL. I used to donate plasma so I could have beer and pizza money when I was in college. Haven't thought about that in years. Yeah I've read about dc plasma being used for very intricate thin weldments. The plasma welding machines I've found on the net so far have all been dc, which is why I was asking about ac.
