Making small rings

I needed some small, strong round bar rings to use as tie-down points. It seems you cannot buy these anywhere, so I made a tool out of scrap steel and use it to make my own rings. Now its quick and effortless to make a coil of just about any diameter round bar, and cut rings out of the coil.
