newb question

howdy everyone got a quick newb question i have a hobart handler 140 and i want to start welding Aluminium and the spool gun for the hobart is like 475 dollars from the welding supply store but the miller spoolmate 100 series for the Millermatic 140 is only 175 dollars now the question is will the spoolmate work with a hobart thanks gents Bruce
Reply:I would wait and see what responses you get because I believe your machine is under powered and will have limitations.  You might need to upgrade your welder.
