SURPRISE!!!! ITS A CART!!!! I thought i would share this because its unique and maybe someone will take the idea and run with it . It was my first welding project, but i never finished it (probably never will). I decided to lay the tank down horizontally rather than vertical behind the welder. Definitely the most space saving design(for the 80CF). I have some craftsman ball bearing drawers for the lower level (above the tank). and i was planing to have my dynasty 200 on one side and all my cords, leads on hooks, and filler tubes on the other side. And a work surface on top. I didn't want anything protruding so it could be pushed flat up against things like the back of a truck and strapped down. All stainless, I used the best casters i could find..... The most challenging part was the tank saddles... well see for yourself...www.performancealuminumfabrication.com

Reply:I like how the miters are cut & welded, all the crossmembers are the same. The bottle looks like it was made for that space...................... but......................I would hate to have to change bottles, adjust the gas, roll the bottle over rough terrain. I would be afraid of tearing off the hose or damaging the flow meter.Otherwise, it looks great.MarkI haven't always been a nurse........Craftsman 12"x36" LatheEnco G-30B MillHobart Handler 175Lincoln WeldandPower 225 AC/DC G-7 CV/CCAdd a Foot Pedal to a Harbor Freight Chicago Electric 165A DC TIG PapaLion's Gate Build
