this sounds dumb even to me but i havent ever been able to figure this outthere are different sizes of ox acet argon helium whatever gas containers..how do you know the cubic foot size of the bottle.somehwere in that mess of numbers on the top it must tell you the size.in order to order a cart or mtg brackets w/o measuring the od of the bottlethanksgary

Reply:good question deislbeef. i have ox bottle that my techair guy says is 135 cf..if you calculate the bottle it is about 8.5 inch id x a little over 4 feet high..that is around 1.35 cf.....the numbers on top to my knowledge are the test dates...
Reply:yah..w/o a chart or memory there just aint an easy way to telltheres alotta numbers on top of that tank. most of em are test dates and man dates...so many ya cant tell even if it did spec the size as a alpha mark it would be hard to find it |
