Why the extra receptacles?Coupler storage?
Reply:It was like that when I got it..With a sander in the back.I told the dealer to "Lose the sander but I will keep the plow and we have a deal"2 days later sander gone.Not sure if it was the "Mounting Points" for the sander but they are not in the way of anything..And like I stated in the other thread..Receivers that I will never use....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:Actually, Zap already answered the question in a previous post.This truck in "in a previous life" had been used for sand/salt dispensing in inclimate weather  (snow removal).  That's the reason for the second gate mounted in the main gate.The two additional receivers were used for mounting the distribution/spray equipment.Pretty neat if you ask me.I've used receiver tube for mounting several different pieces of equipment around the shop, not just for building trailer receivers.  One of my portable benders mounts in the receiver tube on the truck.Syncro 250 DX Dynasty 200 DXMM 251 w/30A SG XMT 304 w/714 Feeder & Optima PulserHH187Dialarc 250 AC/DCHypertherm PM 1250Smith, Harris, Victor O/ASmith and Thermco Gas MixersAccess to a full fab shop with CNC Plasma, Water Jet, etc.

I'ld have a boat trailer on the starboard side, a tent trailer on the port, and a cement pump running long down the center as the stinger. Reply:Thats just crazy fun there! I had a dump truck like Zaps long ago with that little door, for coal in the basements, hauling asphault and patching pot holes, spreading gravel in ruts. But pulling 3 trailers and 1 being a tow dolly, Ill stay home! LOL

I dont dont like name calling or insulting other folks hobbies, but thats gotta be, next to bungee jumping or cave diving, about the dumbest thing I have ever seen. Reply:Looks like the racing secret would be to have a trailer body that jettisons ASAP, leaving just the minimum amount of chassis in tow.

Reply:Appleton area of Wisconsin has an annual Eve of Destruction.  Bus figure eights, regular figure eights, cars with trailers figure eight, car football, one of those unfolding dinosaur cars that eats other cars, monster trucks, jet engine drag cars... lots of fun.  Totally recommended.One year there was a guy pulling a boat on a boat trailer.  Boat left 'ship' about 30 seconds into the competiton.. flew off like a missile.   M'erica!!
