Old heavy *** oil cooled welders

Do many guys here still use big heavy oil cooled ac welders in there shops?Do you like them?  AndDo you notice the quality difference in a weld compared to a dc inverter
Reply:These are essentially electrical transformers submerged in oil for cooling purposes. I started out with one of these, it was a dc only machine that came from a military auction. You dont see these much anymore.
