Aluminum Steps For a House Boat

It was a long night, but I got these put together for a buddy's boat.  Only a couple of pics for now.  I may take a few more when I install the treads and get this thing out of the garage.  1-1/8" square tube.  Approx. 1/8" wall.  All TIG welded.  About 13hrs. so far. Reply:Yea, you can't beat the way AL looks TIG welded, and you did a awesome job. I get to make AL pump/turbine coupling covers at work every once in a while, and I always have fun doing them. Its always a challenge to keep trying to make the welds look better and better.

Reply:Awesome job Boost! Makes me wanna hop in the car and stop by for some tig lessons. It's hard to find a quality weldor, let alone someone willing to help, around here. Though there are alot of "experts" if you ask them.  The closest I've been to you was Geneseo, hellinois."Where's Stick man????????" - 7A749"SHHHHHH!!
