Got a new work truck but re-did some things on the old bed & painted myself.Flashhttp://flashracecarbodies.com
Reply:Nice truck, that bed is a classic. Says a lot that you didn't have to change very much or build a new one, looks like its all new though."The reason we are here is that we are not all there"SA 200Idealarc TM 300 300MM 200MM 25130a SpoolgunPrecision Tig 375Invertec V350 ProSC-32 CS 12 Wire FeederOxweld/Purox O/AArcAirHypertherm Powermax 85LN25

Reply:Thanks guys! The bed was originally built in 1998, was on a 98 Dodge single cab. I had bee n driving it for the last 10 yrs just at work. The Dodge has 36K miles but since its a 98, they was ready to phase it out!New truck is a 2011 F-350 4WD w/6.2 motor. Will add the tube nerf bars before long as well as an attachment for snow plow. Power everything and 6 sp. auto tranny! The bed was tapered in the rear, squared it off to allow room for the boxes which were originally in front of the tire, added the bigger box on right side, made the drivers front for the o/a bottles, in the 5th wheel box is a winch, also made 6' gin poles to attach quickly to rear bumper. The close up is of some red flame pinstripping, looks kinda like ghost flames. Fabbed all the alum. trim pieces in my shop.Turned out just as I had it planned & the big bosses were really suprised how it turned out & how much $$$ I saved them! Thanks again,FlashFlashhttp://flashracecarbodies.com
