So let me give a little history on my welder. Purchased several years ago used and welded fine for a long while. All of a sudden started tripping my breaker intermittently then it died all together. The HF worked but would you could not start a weld or raise the weld current when using the remote. My dad traced the issue to some resistors in the rear which he replaced. The welder was then tested only stick welding which is did fine. (no pedal on local)I now am trying to tig weld but the thing keeps tripping the breaker. It will trip at the first moment you press the remote pedal. Hf still seems to work if you put it on continuous but do not press the pedal.any thoughts ??
Reply:Someone ..... Anyone .......HEEEEEEEELPPPP
Reply:I had one of those and it was a good machine until I pushed the limits and fried it..First off..Does the lever that changes the polarity (Left handle looking at the machine) still function or is it "Stuck"??...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:What size breaker are you running? Some breakers just "Give Up" after being tripped every so often.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:I also forgot to ask... Any where I can find a full schematic???????
Reply:Ohh yeah one more question. Is it normal to get a mild electrical jolt when you touch the electrode post and have the HF on ???thanks
