Mig wire question

I am a newbie whern it comes to welding and will be going through my first spool of wire.  What do you do when there is no more wire to feed?  Is the remaining wire just thrown out or is there a way use it all?Just asking because I am going to finishing it up in about a week .
Reply:The feed rips the tag end off the reel and runs it right up to the liner. Right there you're done. Cut the nub off at the tip and pull it out from the machine end of the liner and chuck it.

Reply:I use it for making loops to hang stuff for powder coat or painting. Smaller contact area then the PC shops meat-hooksGood for bailing stuff together too. I just wind up the left overs on my hand and put them in a drawer.200amp Air Liquide MIG, Hypertherm Plasma, Harris torches, Optrel helmet, Makita angle grinders, Pre-China Delta chop saw and belt sander, Miller leathers, shop made jigs etc, North- welders backpack.
