interview questions?

Im making a interview question sheet. I have some basic knowledge questions and now im putting some journymen questions on there. Do you guys have any good ones that only a journeymen welder would know? Thanks guys!!

Reply:Possible the right candidate doesn't interview well or many people talk a great game but useless workers. Have them weld for you or have them prep and weld some test coupons.  Still a crap shoot
