I got your P/M but don't know how to post pics in P/M mode so here they are..The cart is made from 1/4X3" channel..It was already here when I got here in '04 and was made for this size welder..Don't do me much good seeing as the machine is hardwired to the outlet..The file cabinet came from upstairs and the top has all Miscellaneous Sh!t in it..The next one down has the consumables..The next down has Drills/Grinder/Sawsall and related components in it..The bottom holds the positioner and it's cast of charactors..The gas bottles are chained to the cart..Helium in the back Argon in front..Silver box on the machine is the Smith's gas mixer.Dedicated tungsten grinder is next to the helium bottle..Clean rags on the argon..Now about your questions about tigging with the machine..If you don't know...The "Knife Edge Lever" must be in the "Open" position (First Pic) and the 2 toggle switches must be in the position as per last pic..Maybe one of these steps is what you are "missing" so once set up that's what things look like..Happy welding!...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:Never knew that about the 330's. The only one I've ever used was already set up for tig. If I get a chance to play with it again this summer, I'll have to pop the cover and check that out..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:I wouldn't go with anything but steel wheels for those old girls. They're heavy enough, then add a water tank, and bottle. I went steel with my 330. Reply:Thanks, CEP. I like your idea on the steel casters. What size tubing did you use for your cart frame? I'm guessing 2" or even 2½" square for the two vertical pieces to the right and left of the front?Also, what wall thickness would you boys suggest for the cart frame tubing for a 900# welder? Looks like I have a choice of .120" or .188" (I think .250" is overkill).The first thing I need to do is build a cart so I'll be able to move the beast in the shop when I need to.Then I can wire for power, etc.Thanks for all the help guys.
