Reply:Vary sweet work. Everybody should take note of the design of the corner in pic 3 it gets no stronger than that and that same design can be adapted to angle.

Reply:BEAUTIFUL!Now since I'm not very good with making 'square things', exactly how to you cut out the 5 panels for the box?  For example, are two of the opposite panels 1/8" or so 'wider so that the 'other set' of side panels fit inside?  Meaning, do you add the thickness of the metal to two (2) of the panel length measurements so that they 'Fit well' (small panels inside the longer ones) before you tack em' in place?  I always sorta' wondered about that.  I would like to make some 'very small' boxes out of Copper and some from Aluminium and would like to know.Cheers,/Joe..Miller Diversion 165120 amp Buzz BoxVictor Oxy/Ace Oxy/LPGSmith "Little" Oxy/LPGHypertherm Powermax 30Lot's of Misc. tools n' crap....

I could literally teach someone with above average coordination to weld just like this in a few hours(I've done it) Give me a month and they could possibly, and probably would be better than me. Its the designing, forming, cutting, measuring, controlling heat distortion, etc. thats hard. Thats just my opinion. Sometimes I try to explain how I do things, but because its different, it rocks the boat around here.
