Is cyberweld a reputable dealer for online purchases?  I would go to a LWS but the closest one is a 3 hour one way trip.  I really don't like dealing with them I've had a few less than desirable experiences with them.  So I've decided to take my money else ware.Miller Maxstar 200 strMontgomery Ward 250 AC/DC

Reply:Ordered two x from cyberweld. First time it took them a week to process and ship my order. Second the entire order was back-ordered for 2 weeks. I do a lot of online ordering and cyberweld does NOT meet MY expetations.

Reply:Never had a problem with cyberweld.  I've ordered many times from them.  However, cheaper prices can be found elsewhere on a lot of the merchandise they have.  But they are relatively close to me so stuff gets here in two days.  If I order stuff out of the midwest it may take a week or two to get here.  Just depends on whether I can wait or not, if I can I'll wait and pay less.

Reply:Is Cyber Weld and some of these other companies purely Internet sales? Do they stock these products or just ship them from the manufacture?

Reply:Just wondering. Some manufacturers are suspending drop ships from their plants direct to the end user if they are over a certain distance from the distributor that made the sale.

Reply:All these good comments about Cyberweld. So we need some new Miller Classic cape sleeves and Cyberweld has them on their website. So we pulls out the debit card, call the toll free number and prepare to place the order. The lady says what price are they? We says they are $17 and some change, and we want 2. She says no way, the price is $5 higher than online, and shipping with no tracking #. What, says I? She says that price and free shipping with tracking # is only if you order yourself online. We says we don't place credit/debit card info online for security reasons. She says too bad. I says why do you place your toll free # at the top of the page? Then she says she will walk us through it. Forget it says we.So I caved in and ordered it myself and used the PayPal option, but never again.
