Reply:I've been wanting to build a funnel cake cart, I have a big funnel cake trailer, but for small festivals I would like a little cart.
Reply:Fishburn123 I don't see where a funnel cake cart would be hard to fab up. like my cart the homework took longer than the build when I look back at it!
Reply:I looked at this early this morning sometime, and really enjoyed it.  Couldn't put a comment out, had to move a feed trailer before the ground thawed into bottomless mudI never met a hot dog dude that wasn't a pretty friendly guy.  Whether it was all PR, or just a personality trait, it has always been a pleasure.Always enjoyed the weenies too. Whether it's because they're steamed, semi uncooked, or you guys get better weenies from your suppliers, they always tasted good.  Never did get Montezumas revenge eitherAny of y'all ever notice that the Oscar Meyer at the ballpark tastes so much better than the crap you get in the grocery store, same label.  What's up with that??Build was coolThe only question I got is about the plumbing. Is it legal to use flex pipe for the traps?  Or does it matter?  I assume you have to submit to inspection before setting up at a public venue."Any day above ground is a good day"http://www.farmersamm.com/

Reply:Nice cart.        I like your first photo: Good idea building it with the hot-dog cook already inside!  Lincoln AC225 & MigPak 140, Lincoln Magnum SpoolGun, Miller Spectrum 375-X Plasma, Syncrowave 200 TIG, Millermatic 252 MIG, Miller Digital Elite, General 7x12" horiz/vert bandsaw, 3' box/pan brake, 20 ton press, milling machine, 12x28 lathe, etc.
Reply:Not to steal the thread, but here is one that I modified a few years ago.  I put the plexi, burner, trim, heat shield and cutting board on it.  I did a few other things to it, but I cant remember after all this time. Reply:BrainFarth that is nice work... I couldnt find a cart out there that would fit my needs and that was affordable so I decided that if they can do it I know I should be able to build one as nice or better. I can't imagine what I could do with a space to do my fab work in..... This was built in a 12'x12' shed, I dream of having a garage where I could really do some projects! Been looking at those arch buildings I think that would be alot less prone to a fire than my 12'x12' wood shed.
Reply:Hot! ..........
Reply:I'm hungry now.Gotta love a well dress dog.
Reply:Ya, thats badass!
Reply:That's awesome! Congrats on getting her finished, Especially working in a 12x12 space!!!! Will this be for a new, self employment adventure, or making extra cash on the weekends? i too love hot dogs. Steamed is my fav. Have you tried Schneider's new all natural wieners? There's no crap in them, just pronounceable stuff. They're good, and a bit less guilty. I get buns from a little local bakery. I call them  "crack" buns. They are addictive good. They are just a touch sweet. MMmmm!Let us know how the first cook goes!200amp Air Liquide MIG, Hypertherm Plasma, Harris torches, Optrel helmet, Makita angle grinders, Pre-China Delta chop saw and belt sander, Miller leathers, shop made jigs etc, North- welders backpack.
