I'm using a Miller 330 A/BP, air cooled torch, 1/8" red tungsten, 1/16" ER70S-2 wire, 100% argon, 15CFH, no gas lens, #5 cup, tungsten is sticking out about 1/8", Hmmmmm.....anything else?I've seen a lot of pictures of TIG beads, most of them have some color. Mine always turn out grey as shown in the pics.I've got my big boy pants on and I'm ready for input from those who have solid experience.

Reply:Welcome, Not to bad, # 3 & 4 look good. When you end a weld don't break it off so fast, let off the pedal slow have your post flow set for a few seconds and hold the torch over the weld to cool it. Try this 1/8" red tungsten, 1/16" ER70S-2 wire, 100% argon, 20CFH, no gas lens, #8 or 10 cup, tungsten is sticking out about 3/16" to 1/4". Your on the right track just practice, practice, practice.www.georgesplasmacuttershop.comPlasma Cutter and Welder Sales and Repairs--Ebay storeTec.Mo. Dealer Consumables for the PT and IPT torch's
