I am about to start modifying a hand truck into a cart so I've been doing some research and still haven't found an answer. I've seen a lot of carts and it seems like half are flat and the other half are at a slight angle. I was wondering what the reason was for the incline or if there are any pros or cons one way or the other. I could be way off but the only reason I could think of for the incline was to possibly slow the spool down to avoid any "bird nesting" but that's just a guess. Any input would be appreciated.

Reply:Flat it is then.
Reply:Here's some pics of carts. I think Farmersamm is pulling your chain. The first angled cart was probably a screw up by a intoxicated welder that thought it was level. http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=...cart&FORM=IGRE
