Help with caping pipe

I am needing to layout a pattern to close the end of some 5 or 6 inch pipe. It needs to be rounded like the top of a oxygen tank.  The pipe will be used to move large rolls of drainage tile. and cannot be pointed or if the operator misses the center hole the tile will get punctured.
