I inherited a Marquette Mig Welder Model 12-185. Does anyone know where I can get a user manual for this welder?
Reply:I also have a Marquette Welder. Some time ago, Lincoln aquired them and they are no longer manufactured.I called Lincoln and after some searching they found a manual that they copied and mailed out.Hope this helps. They also gave me a contact that has parts and repairs them. Not sure where you are located, but they are in Toronto Ontario. Let me know if you want the number.
Reply:I hope that you can help me-I was given a Marquette 12-185 MIG welder, and I am trying to find an owners manual for it. I saw where you had posted to another person that you had a number for them in Ontario, Canada. I would like to have that number if you would share it. Thanks kansaswelder
Reply:Did you ever get that phone number from the man that said he had it? I am looking for an owners manual for my recently acquired Marquette 12-185 welder, and have had no luck. Is there anyway that you can help me? Thanks kansaswelder
Reply:I just inherited a Marquette a 12-185. Does anyone have a contact for parts and or a manual. One of the resistors on the control printed circuit board ( 5101-A) is dead and I wanted to get a schematic or some diagrams of the welder to fix it. The markings on the resistors are burnt so I can't read the color stripes. Any information would be useful. Is that phone number from the previous responses available? Thanks, fjvascon
Reply:I have a marquette 179 mig welder that I use to play around with. I recently broke the plastic piece that holds down the wire are it goes through the feed roller. it is the piece that is held down by the adjustment knob. I am having problems finding replacement parts. Could I get the number from the previous post, a website to the place in canada, or a copy of the manual you were talking about. |
