Holding fixture using ball bearings

I am looking for a thread I saw for a holding fixture that used ball bearings between two plates that allowed for adjust ability to the fixture. I think the original idea came from lazze metal working but I am not positive. I have done several search's without success so i am hoping someone might have the link saved.Thanks
