Something I worked on yesterday. Had too many devices to fit on my table, and so they ended up on top of my table, which made it useless. This is bigger than I have needs for right now, but I did that so I can continue to expand.I built a little cart at the bottom and attached a double-sided a-frame to it. Made clamps with receiver hitch to attach/hang on the angle iron. Works really well. One pic is of a bracket I cut out. Looks like a rocket ship, but it isn't. The lines in the bracket were relief cuts as some of the bends were with a clamp and hammer.Pics may not be in any particular order..... Reply:Very creative and practical. It gives me a starting point on ways to organize and build out my shop. Thanks for the video and your thoughts on why you did it. Good job!
Reply:VERY NICE!!!This is design is perfect for my shop, and I'll copy it later this year. I think I might add a roller for use as a extension work piece support when using my chop saw. Your design makes it easy to move the 'roller/support' to and from the saw. Cutting on the floor is a pain. |
