I took some scrap 1/8" 304 stainless and welded it with no filler. I went right along to keep the heat input low then did a root bend and a face bend.Outside corner weld fitup is good.Here are the results180* root bend1/16 tungsten approx 70 amps Arcmaster 185 #12 cup WP20 torch, no gas lenz.DavidLast edited by David R; 11-30-2011 at 07:40 PM.Real world weldin.
