Albeit 304SS, but it was still scrap. I have been wanting a heavy duty cart that can hold a welder, plasma, load of tools, etc. The light gauge ones we have are laughable. I put 350 lb. casters on it. There are (4) snap hooks like you see holding the helmets, (2) on the other side. The one thing it is missing is a cubbyhole under the top. I am going to break out a 24" wide section with 5" legs to give a spot to throw gloves, rods, plans, etc. The plate is 1/8" and the angle is 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1/8". Lots of toys.
