Reply:You really have some imagination, that's beautiful. We're mostly all welders, but you are an artist. I admire your talent. Keep'em coming.

Reply:Beeyouteeful, Grumpy.Contrary to popular opinion, I do NOT have a pet turkey that craps molten steel.  It's a goose.
Reply:BTW, Grumpy.  If you haven't already, check out your local granite countertop maker.  They often have free scrap you could use for bases.Contrary to popular opinion, I do NOT have a pet turkey that craps molten steel.  It's a goose.

Reply:Phuk me. I thought the blacksmith was detailed.........!!! $180 is way to low for the craftsmanship here. That's the problem with sculpture. Buyers view and buy with size as the major price justifying factor. At least with the decorative art's.  A piece that size can command the same price as a "bread box" size piece. Not a lot more time involved and material costs are minimally more. Yet you can charge 3x the price and still sell. This is how you can make up to $300/hr. Damn you stuff is amazing!!!! Keep the pic's coming! If I may ask, how do you do the hands????200amp Air Liquide MIG, Hypertherm Plasma, Harris torches, Optrel helmet, Makita angle grinders, Pre-China Delta chop saw and belt sander, Miller leathers, shop made jigs etc, North- welders backpack.
Reply:That is great. Wish I had just a little of your imagination.
Reply:For my most of my pieces, I use OA to heat & bend, and tig for the finer details. (hands, feet)
Reply:Thanks grumpy, next time I get some spikes I'll give it an attempt, just hope I can come up with some of my own ideas.AEAD 200LE, Lincoln precision tig 185, Millermatic 251, Spectrum 625 extreme, Victor torch , Smithy 1220LTD. and  Do all C-4 band saw ,  Always adding.
