finished this up last night. This is what happens when you retire and need to keep busy. I am working on more wall hangings for my wife as presents for her friends. Hope you enjoy this. Attached Images
Reply:Hey Rolland,Nice job & the flame-coloring definitely adds a nice highlight. I still do a lot of flame-coloring on certain decorative pieces as well as some show car accessories I fab. Those would make superb gifts.....Yes, retirement can be "lazy", or well-traveled, or hobby-occupied, or downright hectic. I kinda engage in a bit of each to keep busy & mind sharp along with keeping in shape. My shop work has been real steady with incoming repairs, thanks to the downturn with the economy. Then, during the nicer weather, I'm out flying.....both my RC & a friends' ultralite. My motorcycle takes me to places just to "unwind", have a cup of coffee, & maybe photograph a beautiful sunrise/sunset. Relax times in the evening are online flight-sims doing aerial battle with foes around the globe. I still hunt for my deer supply in the winter, & a bit of walleye fishin' in the summer.
