Ready Welder spool gun for aluminum

Hello all,I have a question and problem I hope someone has already answered and solved.  I am frequently called upon to weld aluminum transmissions or engine blocks.  I am seeking to market myself in this niche as while there may be a lot of freelance welders not many weld aluminum.  I use TIG to do these repairs.The problem is that sometimes I get called to weld something that is difficult to weld with TIG, especially a hard to reach area where I can't see clearly or put my hands in position.  For situations such as these I would like to be able to use a spool gun and squeeze the trigger laying down metal either as a finished weld or that can be touched up with TIG to smooth it out and tie it in.I only have a CC gas drive machine.  I picked up a Ready Welder (car battery powered spool gun) with the accessories needed to hook it up to any welder (24 volt power supply and connectors).Will my CC gas drive provide the power needed to use it to weld aluminum or flux core with the spool gun?  Has anyone hooked the Ready Welder up to a welding machine and used it for work?I sure wish I had it today as I was on a job that I cold not do with TIG and will get some aluminum stick rod and return tomorrow as the stick can reach in where I could hardly get the torch in.Any thoughts anyone?  Here is the link to the Ready Welder spool gun.http://www.readywelder.com/For aluminum: Thanks,Tony
