2005 miller sync 250 dx hlp -19 code

I have not used the welder for about 6 months but the last time it was used it worked perfect. I know that the code means low coolant. I changed out the coolant with 3 gal. of the expensive miller stuff after cleaning out the tank and the stainless wire screen. I then went through the priming procedure it suggests in the manual. It says clr when i hold down the tig process button but never says flow after 40 seconds to 1 minute of holding the button down. I searched the forum and only found a post that copied the instructions out of the manual about the 19 code. Someone suggested that it could be the pressure switch on the coolant line is not closing. How would i check that without just replacing it? Also maybe air bubbles still in the system, plugged torch or bad pump. When i went through the priming procedure i saw the coolant fill up the clear little filter with the stainless wire screen in it so i figure the pump is working but i don't know how well, this machine only has about 530 hrs on it. Also how can i tell it the torch is plugged? Reply:Do you even know if the pump started up? Every morning when I start my machine, I pinch the power cable to see if it plumps up. If not the pump is locked, so I granny slap the condenser and it unlocks. Reply:It runs when i do the prime procedure but i have not seen if it runs when i strike an arc, i will try that when i get back out there but i think it just strikes an arc for 2-3 seconds then shuts off with the code -19. I am thinking it is not the pump, it looks like new but i guess that doesn't mean anything.
