my syncrowave 351 is not startin a arc in AC , it does start the high freq spark , nice and blue , just acts like the ground isnt hooked up . dc works fine , i adjusted the spark gaps and cleaned out unit with compressed air , and thats about it .. any idea were i should start ... thanks in advance
Reply:oh and does it matter which way the coolant flows through the torch ? do u send it through the positive terminal and then to torch and return to tank ...is that correct?

Reply:okay got this fixed . it was the main polaritiy switch not makeing good contact on the rotor and copper pads , took apart cleaned up contacts & reassembled..... works great now .. i was a little worried i bought a $500.00 boat ancher |
