Saturday I was running my HH 140 and it was working great. Then the wire jammed before the feeder. I clipped the wire and fed it back through the gun. When I was running the new wire up to the tip I cranked the wire speed all the way up. I turned the wire speed back down and went back to work. Now it seems as though the wire speed is still turned all the way up. I have changed rolls of wire to one that I know was working fine before I pulled it out Thursday. Now when I turn the speed knob and pull the trigger the wire seems to be feeding at the same rate whether the knob is at 10 or 100. Any help is greatly appreciated.ThanksTodd
Reply:Most likely ,Either the pot broke or the output transistor went short.
Reply:Are those easily repairable or do I need to start looking for a repair shop?Todd
