What's This Old Thing? Too Dated to be Useful/Valuable?

Hello,Truth be told I purchased a storage unit and found this within.  I know nothing of the welding world and thought I would come to the experts to find out what this is and what it might be worth since I will probably decide to sell it.Is it too old to be safe or is it technology too dated to be safe to sell to someone?  How would you describe what I got here in a Craigslist ad?  What would you ask for it?Thanks for any input!
Reply:It's a small Oxygen-Acetylene torch kit, or "plumber's torch kit"  if you will (due to the small tanks). Reply:You might get $100 or so for it if everything works and the hose ain't rotted out. Nothing inherently unsafe about it just because of age.

Reply:Sears rig from the eighties. Victor type. May be US made by Victor for Sears (transition times back then).Dust it off and write everything down. eBay it for local pickup only. Reply:Check the date stamps on the tanks, they might be due to be hydro tested, Other than that it looks like its in good shape, the HVAC guys will like it.
