WP TIG torch question..

im thinking of getting a WP-20 torch for my Precision 225. i plan on getting the Cool Arc 40 for water cooling. my question is does anyone know what the rubber version of the torch is? i know there is 12 ft and 25 ft length, but i cant seem to find any info on the rubber. is it just the handle?thanks everyone.Jake
