Hey All, Here are some pics of a stainless heat exchanger tube I made for a small diesel sailboat engine. The first pic is of just the inside tube welded to the flange and the others are of the complete part. Not as good of a tigger as some of you guys that I see on here so opinions are welcome Thanx and Happy welding Attached Images
Reply:Forgot to mention the flange I made allows the smaller pipe to fit tightly and I put it a 1/8 in the middle made for a nice set-up to weld.
Reply:What is the alloy? Stainless is so sensitive to everything in salt water but the weld looks clean (no black) and that is the best start.
