This is an adjustable height folding cart for moving small video measuring machines. There is one handle per side, the handles flip up to disengage 2 spring pins so you can raise the table height. From the factory there were 4 tiny fusion welds which hold the bent sheet handle onto the square stock. The one side broke off, so I removed it from the cart and welded the sheet portion back on. Fusion welded the entire length of the square tube and put some filler on the 2 side edges. 2 Broken Piecesthe good side handle lifted to disengage the 2 spring pinsvisual on height adjustmentclose up of stock fusion weld (this is mild steel apparently chromed or zinc plated)tigged back together quick and dirty. did a quick pass and burnt off the plating then brushed with a steel brush before actually welding. hit it with some silver rattle can paint and put the handle back on the cart.
